Greg got a crashed in the crit and got a concussion and an ambulance ride. I finished second group in the rr and field in the crit. Slow in the TT as usual. No 1's or 2's signed up so all 3's road with 4's. It hurt but I managed to not really get rained on at all. The End |

Mike McKnight road strong to finish 12th in the masters 35+ race, Eric Larsson rode well in the 45+, Jeff Thomas in the cat 3, and Greg, Aaron, and myself showed up, but only to bird watch. |

Binghamton Circuit Race This race showed our competitors that they are going to have to try a little harder to compete with us! Four of our ROG riders showed up for the cat 4 race and 3 of were in the top ten the other taking 11th. |

I think I had the legs but apparently I didn't have the brains. At the start of the second lap an attack went off on the hill right before the start finish area. |

In preparation for Bloomfield on Sunday I deemed it necessary to attend the first road training race for the B4's this Thursday(Chili short course). A preemtive leg test you might say. The pack was pretty jumpy and I didn't no what to expect and just decided to follow Steve Johnson around. |
