 Rochester Ophthalmological Group P.C. returns as the title sponsor for Flour City Cycling in the 2009 season. ROG’s involvement started with a supporting sponsorship in 2004 and has grown every year since. The team thanks returning supporting sponsors: the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Bente Local 2419, and Specialized. Towners Bike Shop returns as the presenting sponsor, and has supported the team for more than 15 years. |

Who could resist? Money for nothing and t-shirts for free. Talk of “the double loop” began back when it was warm. Trash talk started in when people started spending less time on the bike and more time online. |

I didn’t manage to line up for as much as a Tuesday night at Fischers before moving. So, in order to make up for lost time I registered for both the 35+ and the 45+ races at the Saco Bay Criterium. |
