 Rochester Ophthalmological Group P.C. returns as the title sponsor for Flour City Cycling in the 2007 season. ROG’s involvement started with a supporting sponsorship in 2004 and has grown every year since. The team thanks returning supporting sponsors: the Little Bakery, the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Bente Local 2419, and Specialized. The team is also pleased to announce the addition of Rohrbach Brewing Company and Cleason Concrete Company as supporting sponsors. Welcome to crit season. Starting off was Glens falls, which was the cat 4 state championships. Our field was mixed with cat 3s. |

As of Friday 25th of July, I Fast Danny am in fact the fastest 19-29 cat 4 criterium racer in New York, which is a good confidence boost. One that I really don't need but appreciate going into the state crit championships next weekend |

After more than two weeks without a a real training ride, but lots of heavy lifting (ask Owen and Jeff), I'm finally a resident of Portland. To mark my arrival, I decided to join the PVC <http://www.portlandvelo.com/> for their Saturday morning training ride. |

Greg got a crashed in the crit and got a concussion and an ambulance ride. I finished second group in the rr and field in the crit. Slow in the TT as usual. No 1's or 2's signed up so all 3's road with 4's. It hurt but I managed to not really get rained on at all. The End |
